These terms govern your use of xarlveria.com and any booking of paint correction or protection services. By using the site or placing a booking you accept them.

All prices shown are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed only after physical inspection of the vehicle, since paint condition, defect depth, panel count and required correction stages vary. An inspection-based quote remains valid for 7 days.
A booking becomes binding when we confirm the date and scope in writing. Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before the appointment. Later changes or no-shows may incur a fee covering reserved workshop time.
Paint correction restores gloss and reduces defects but cannot remove defects that penetrate the clear coat, previous poor repairs, or thin paint. Protection coatings require appropriate curing and maintenance. We do not guarantee any specific depth of correction before inspection, and advertising claims are made in line with the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996.
You confirm you are entitled to authorise work on the vehicle, disclose known paint or repair history, remove valuables, and follow aftercare instructions. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, prior repairs, or damage arising from undisclosed conditions.
We perform services with due professional care. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where limitation is prohibited. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023.
Send complaints to contact@xarlveria.com with your booking reference; we respond within 10 business days. Cancellation and refund rules follow the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023, and consumer disputes may be resolved through the statutory routes.
