2. What we collect
When you use our booking or contact forms we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service or date you request, and the content of your message. We also process limited technical data such as IP address, device type and pages visited.
3. Why we process it
- To respond to enquiries and confirm bookings you request.
- To perform the service agreement you enter into with us.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations.
- To keep the site secure and improve its content.
Processing is based on your consent, on the performance of a contract, and on our legal obligations under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010.
4. Retention
Enquiry and booking records are kept for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Accounting documents are kept for the statutory period.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with hosting, email and accounting providers acting on our instructions, and with public authorities where legally required.
6. Cookies
Non-essential cookies and similar tracking are set only after you consent, in line with the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications” No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020. You can change or withdraw consent at any time in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, or request restriction and portability. Write to contact@xarlveria.com; we reply within 30 days.

Complaints about our handling of personal data can be sent to contact@xarlveria.com. Your statutory consumer rights and dispute routes are not excluded, in line with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023.

A Ukrainian version of our mandatory disclosures is available on request, as required by the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language” No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019.
